Frequently Asked Questions
1. What payment processors do you accept?:
Payments are made directly from member to member, If you sign up from the main site, you will be making your payments to the company. Which, we accept Alertpay, Solid Trust Pay, Strict Pay. If you do not have an account with any of these providors and need to use a credit card, You can pay using a credit card thru Alertpay which is secure, fast and lower fee's.
If you have a sponsor, than your sponsor may accept any form of payment he wishes. With our advanced payment system, You are able to accept any form of payment you want to and after you receive a payment from a new member, you simply "Report a Payment As Received" from your members area. So, a member may accept popular E-Currencies like Google Checkout and others, as well as Western Union, Money Gram, or other methods of payment they desire. This makes the payment process easy on both ends.
2. Why are all 3 payments showing to Admin?: If you don't have a sponsor, than by default your sponsor is "Admin". Just like anyone else I also have a referral URL. Which, I will asides from some offline ad's I will not advertise online and compete with my own members. Another way all 3 payments would show to Admin is if you do have a sponsor, and they have not "Passed up" their 1rst 2 sales yet, and their sponsor is "Admin", You would be making payment to Admin, counting as one of your sponsor's training sales.
3.Will I ever pay the same person for both payments? NO. Unless you have "admin" as your sponsor, or your sponsor is not "qualified" and are under "admin" than the payment to your "Director" should be to your "Qualified Sponsor" and the payment to your Executive Director will be to a different person. So if you are paying outside the system, just follow the instructions on the "Upgrade Page" and do not let someone tell you otherwise, if you are unsure, email support.
